Nairobi - Now the battle for the chairmanship of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission has moved to the Supreme Court, following a Court of Appeal ruling.
The re-instatement of Mumo Matemu as boss at the anti-graft body has been challenged by a lobby group who filed an appeal at the Supreme Court seeking to overturn the decision of the Court of Appeal allowing him to be the Chairman, The Standard reports.
Trusted Society of Human Rights Alliance in a notice of appeal filed on Friday says it is dissatisfied with the decision of the Court of Appeal made on July 26, 2013.
