MP's seal Mututho's return as NACADA boss

Nairobi - John Mututho can proceed with his duties as chair of the National Authority for the Campaign Against Drug Abuse NACADA after parliement voted for his return to the helm, reports the Nation.
Mututho's appointment as NACADA boss had been revoked after the house initially argued that due process had not been followed and there was a further blow Tuesday after the National Security and Administration Committee argued in its report that he was the right man for the job but had failed on grounds that he has pending cases in court.
The MP's though overturned the decision Wednesday, saying that Mututho could assume the role until proven guilty in court and that his passion for the fight against drug abuse made him a must have in the capacity.
