Laptops project rejected by parents association

Nairobi - The Standard reports government's move to allocate KES 53.2 billion in the Budget for free laptops project to pupils has been opposed by a parents’ association.
According to Kenya National Association of Parents secretary general Musau Ndunda, the project is not urgent.
Ndunda expressed fear that the project will turn out to be another white elephant.
