Laikipia sex workers ask for funding

Laikipia - The Star reports sex workers in Nanyuki have asked for recognition and funding from the Laikipia County government.
The more than 500 workers who have formed a group called Laikipia Peer Educators are
pushing for funds to enable them start income generating projects.
According to them, they are ready to be taxed if the county government gives them licences and allows them transact freely.
