Nairobi - The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) want the Traffic boss Samuel Kimaru sacked.
In a suit filed by Ndegwa Muthama Katisya & Associates, Daily Nation reports, Kimaru is unfit to hold office and thus deserves to be granted terminal leave.
The lawyers accuse Kimaru of omissions and abuse of power, which are allegedly some of the reasons behind the increased cases of road accidents in the country.
The suit further alleges that the corruption in the police force is linked to the faults in the traffic department and NPSC.
