LSK to elect new leaders

Lawyers are electing their 46th chairman of their organisation – the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
polls, on Thursday will see seven LSK Council members elected, two
upcountry representatives, one Coast representative and two members of
the disciplinary committee.
The elections will be conducted
through secret ballot in 17 High Court stations as well as regions with
more than 40 LSK members. Independent Electoral and Boundaries
Commission will supervise the exercise.
