Knut rubbishes govt's pay deal with Kuppet

Nairobi - The Standard reports Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) has rubbished government's KES 16.2 billion pay deal with the Kenya Union of Post Primary Education (Kuppet).
According to the deal that was signed on Thursday, the lowest paid teacher in
Job Group G will get KES 900 as commuter allowance.
However, Knut rubbished the offer terming it as illegal and raw.
