Kiplagat: TJRC report may be rejected
24 May 2013, 10:49
Nairobi - The Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) chairperson Bethuel Kiplagat has expressed his concern that the recently unveiled report might be rejected.
Speaking to Capital News on Thursday, barely 48 hours after he handed over the report to President Uhuru Kenyatta, Kiplagat, admitted that some of the report’s findings and subsequent recommendations were not in sync.
He seemed to echo sentiments expressed by other critics who have accused the TJRC of copy pasting the report from the works of past commissions of inquiry.
