Kenyan woman dies in US

22 November 2013, 10:09

Nairobi - A Kenyan woman living in the US is reported to have died in mysterious circumstances on Tuesday night.

The 34-year old Mary Anne Wangui was found unconscious in her apartment and died while being rushed to the hospital.

Her sister, Leah Wanja said the family was shocked by her death, saying she was in high spirits and nobody would have suspected she was sick before the incident, Daily Nation reports.

Following the incident, Joe Kyalo raised questions about the number of Kenyans who have died in the US in the recent past. “Cases of Kenyans dying in the USA too many now. Its no longer a land of Bliss..milk and honey,” @joekyalo posted on twitter.
