The Hague - Attorney General Githu Muigai has been allowed to file submissions to the International Criminal Court (ICC), explaining why Parliament passed the motion seeking to have Kenya pulled out of the Rome Statute.
ICC judges said the AG’s clarification on the matter will help the court come up with adequate measures to ensure that witnesses who have already testified at the court are protected, Daily Nation reports.
The judges also ruled that the Muigai's explanation on the matter would make their decision on the matter more precise.
