Kenya ranks 21st in 2013 Ibrahim Index of African Governance

Nairobi - The 2013 Ibrahim Index of African Governance (IIAG), released on Monday, has ranked Kenya 21st out of 52 African countries, Standard Digital reports.
This years ranking illustrates an improvement of 4 spots, Kenya ranked 25th in 2012.
The tropical island of Mauritius took top spot, with sub-saharan Botswana in second and Cape Verde completing the top 3.
