KCPE candidate defiled a day before exam

03 December 2012, 08:50

Kisii - A primary school teacher in Sameta District, Kisii County narrowly escaped lynching by parents for allegedly defiling a Kenya Certificate of Primary Examination (KCPE) candidate at his school.

According to The Standard, the teacher reportedly lured the 13 year old girl to his rented room at Sameta market after meeting her walking home at midday on Saturday.

The teacher is alleged to have convinced the pupil that he had something to discuss with her in relation with KCPE exams that are set to begin tomorrow and asked her to accompany him to his house.
