Judiciary to assist ICC on Kenyan cases

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports that the Judiciary will support the International Criminal Court (ICC) in cases involving four Kenyans.

Chief Justice Willy Mutunga on Monday said the ICC process was significant in fighting impunity in the country.

Mutunga said plans to establish an International Crimes Division of the High Court (ICDC) are at an advanced stage, and it will assist ICC with investigations.
