Nairobi - The Standard reports the Judiciary has justified its need to purchase a KES 300 million aeroplane to Parliament.
In a report given to the Budget and Appropriations Committee of
Parliament, the Judiciary gives a breakdown of financial benefits of acquiring the plane as opposed to hiring one.
The plane is intended to be used for flights to remote stations that are not accessible by road.
