JSC now allows Chief Registrar to present her defence on October 16

Nairobi - Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Gladys Shollei will have the chance to giver side of the story, when she appears in front of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) on October 16 as she faces accusations of impropriety, Standard Digital reports.
The announcement was made by JSC Registrar Winfrida Mokaya after the Registrar discussed Shollei's response to the allegations.
A lawyer from Nairobi has demanded that Justice Joel Ngugi be removed from his position over accusations of corruption and involvement in a ‘guerilla movement’
to oust Shollei from the Judiciary.
