18 January 2013, 13:13

Nairobi - A court has charged man who impersonated Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo using a Facebook account, The Standard reports.

Police nabbed Jackson Siro at Development House in Nairobi on Thursday evening by police, and he pleaded guilty to two counts of impersonating Kimaiyo and posting offensive messages on the Facebook account.

The charge stated that between December 24 last year and January 2013 with intent to defraud, he falsely represented himself to be Kimaiyo by opening a false facebook account.
