ICC to make its first judgement

The International Criminal Court (ICC)
will today (Wednesday) make history when it delivers the first judgement
in a full trial since the court was established in 2002.

Kenya’s Deputy Prime
Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, former Head of Public Service Francis Muthaura,
Eldoret North MP William Ruto, and radio journalist Joshua arap Sang
are among ten suspects who have been committed to trial before the ICC.
