ICC prosecutor ordered to delete names of witnesses who withdrew from case

The Hague - The names of witnesses who withdrew from Deputy President William Ruto's case are set to be deleted and an updated list provided after a ruling by The International Criminal Court ( ICC).
Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda was ordered to provide the updated list to the Trial Chamber V (A) judges who will hear the crime against humanity cases against William Ruto and former journalist Joshua Sang a week before trial set to Start on September 10, The Standard reports.
While issuing directions on the conduct of proceedings at Ruto, Sang trial, Trial Chamber V (A judges) directed the prosecution team to file updated summaries of main facts which must include a statement showing the relevance of the testimony relative to the charges.
