10 September 2013, 08:03
The Hague - The International Criminal Court (ICC) has ruled that trials for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto will not be held simultaneously.
According to ICC judge Justice Chile Eboe-Osuji, the trials will alternate every four weeks to enable judges to concentrate on the cases, Daily Nation reports.
Ruto and Sang are at The Hague for the start of their trial while President Kenyatta’s trial starts in November.
