19 June 2013, 16:09
Nairobi - The Standard reports Kenya Railways Managing Director Nduva Muli has pledged to reject an agreement that handed over Uganda and Kenya Railways to a South African company if he is appointed as Transport Principal Secretary.
According to Muli, the decision will be based on the fact that the Rift Valley Railways Consortium had failed in its mandate.
He said he will consult with the Ugandan government to come up with a solution over the matter once he is appointed.
