Nairobi - Daily Nation reports school headteachers are calling for the extension of the term to compensate time lost during the strike as schools reopen today.
Education stakeholders will on Tuesday hold a meeting to decide on the matter.
According to Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (Kessha), the term should be extended for at least two weeks, then students break for a two-week August holiday.
