Gumo: Police, make Baraza evidence public
10 January 2012, 19:39
Nairobi - Fred Gumo, Regional Development minister has urged the police to make their evidence against Deputy Chief Justice Nancy Baraza public, Daily Nation reports.
Gumo went on to add that the police should air CCTV footage of the Village Market incident on local TV stations for Kenyans to see what really happened, as the recording was not clear and could not be used as evidence.
The minister called for fairness in the investigations into the conduct of Lady Justice Baraza at the busy shopping mall where she is alleged to have assaulted Rebecca Kerubo, a security guard at the Village Market.
