Nairobi - Government's decision to enter into Economic Partnerships Agreements (EPAs) with the European Union has been opposed by small scale farmers.
According to The Standard, the farmers through the Kenya Small Scale Farmers Forum, yesterday told a Nairobi Court
that the State had not met some requirements before signing the agreement.
They argue that they should participate in the negotiations because the outcome and the final agreements will affect them.
