03 September 2013, 08:09
Nairobi - Lawyer Kethi Kilonzo will on Tuesday appear in court to take plea over fraud charges.
On Monday, Kethi was accompanied by Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana, Siaya Senator James Orengo and her lawyer Julie Soweto to Criminal Investigation Department headquarters for formal pre-charge processing where she had her fingerprints taken, The Standard reports.
It has also emerged that Kethi did not complete her Masters degree in law at the University of Nairobi.
According to a letter from Vice-chancellor George Magoha, she was admitted to the university’s School of Law to pursue postgraduate studies leading to the degree of Masters in Law and had a re-sit in one paper which she has not done and therefore she is still a student.
