Four people accused of killing former Embakasi MP Melitus Mugabe Were have been charged afresh.
According to the Daily Nation, Mr James Omondi Odera alias Castro, Mr Wycliffe
Walimbwa Simiyu alias Zimbo, Mr Paul Othieno Omondi alias Baba and Ms
Mary Muthoni Wamaitha took a fresh plea a week after a judge declared
their prosecution a mistrial and disqualified himself from the case.
The four are accused of killing the former MP on January 29 2008 at Woodley Estate in Nairobi.
