Foreigner arrested with KES 21M fake US dollars

Nairobi - A Taiwanese man was arrested at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) carrying fake US dollars worth KES 21 million.
Police at the JKIA intercepted the man carrying the fake currency on his arrival aboard Ethiopian airline from Abu Dhabi on Sunday night, The Standard report.
Airport CI boss Joseph Ngisa said the man’s travel documents showed that his final destination was in Nairobi, an indication that he intended to use the fake cash in Kenya.
