Nairobi - Fidel Odinga, son to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has been charged for drink driving in a Nairobi Court according to Capital News.
Fidel was fined KES 30,000 for the offence carried out Friday night along Nairobi's Ngong Road.
He was apparently represented in court by his lawyer who proceeded to pay the fine on his behalf.
Fidel is not the first public personality to be caught drink driving since the drink driving breathalyzer known as Alcoblow was introduced to Kenyan roads by the police, with a Senator, a Judge and countless MCAs having been arrested over the charge.
