Nairobi - Research reveals that discordant couples are still engaging in unprotected sex in a bid to sire more babies.
This practice puts both the uninfected partner and the unborn baby at risk of contracting HIV, something that is worrying medical researchers.
It is estimated that there are 340 000 discordant couples in Kenya, The Standard reports, with most of them having unprotected sex with infected partners in order to get more babies.
