Court allocates Kirima’s wealth to rightful beneficiaries

30 October 2013, 18:02

Nairobi - Court on Wednesday distributed the late Gerishon Kirima's wealth among 15 family members who are allegedly the rightful beneficiaries.

Justice Isaac Lenaola arrived at the decision after wide consultation among family members on how to resolve the three-year ownership feud.

The property in Njiru and Kariobangi will be shared equally among the 15 beneficiaries, who were also given a top up of KES 500 000 each. Daily Nation also reports that each of the late businessman’s children was granted KES 2million. However, court is yet to decide on the ownership of the unclaimed property in Kajiado.
