Nairobi - Kenya’s two-time world marathon champion Catherine Ndereba was robbed of her valuables and cash by a gang that raided her home in Nairobi.
Police say the thugs scaled a perimeter wall before breaking into Ndereba’s house where they stole KES 44,0, electronic items, and her Kenya Prisons uniform, The Standard reported.
Ndereba and her family were not hurt in the Monday night attack.

Police were unable to trace the gangsters because it was raining heavily at that time and the attackers managed to escape on foot.
