The four members of the tribunal include Jonathan Bowen Havelock, Margaret Shava, Muathe Issa and Juster Nkoroi.
They were appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta after the suspension of EACC chairman Mumo Matemu and his deputy Irene Keino, Daily Nation reported.
The tribunal’s mandate will be to investigate the alleged conduct of the two members of the EACC and determine whether they should be removed from office or not.
