Buses collide at Pangani, injuring 34 people

Nairobi - At least 34 passengers including two bus drivers sustained multiple injuries in an accident at Pangani Wednesday morning.
The accident occurred around 5.00am, The Standard reports, after a bus that was ferrying passengers from Eastleigh collided with another bus that was approaching from CBD.
Pangani head of traffic, Jeniffer Mutuku said that both of the drivers were speeding at the time of the accident, and did not obey traffic lights.

The casualties were rushed to various hospitals for treatment as investigations into the incident kick off.
