Bus owner charged after Ntulele crash

Nairobi - A court charged City to City bus company owner Mohammed Sheikh with operating vehicles that were not in good condition.
Sheikh was also charged with failing to keep proper records of his driver after failing to produce the driver of the bus that crushed in Narok where 41 passengers died. He denied the charges and was ordered to deposit a KES 200,000 bond to be released, Daily Nation reports.
Four other drivers of the bus company were charged with driving defective motor vehicles but were released on a KES 50,000 bond each awaiting the hearing of the case.
