Bensouda not against Ruto's ICC application
26 August 2013, 15:31
Nairobi - International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has said she is not objected to Deputy President William Ruto’s request to alter dates for sittings for his trial at the ICC.
She however prefers a three-three week’s break and not two-weeks as requested by Ruto, reports The Star.
According to Ruto, varying the dates for the sittings will allow him to attend to his constitutional duties as the Deputy President.
