27 February 2013, 12:08

Nairobi - Capital News reports International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has said that her case against Francis Muthaura is flawed after dropping a main witness in the case.

Adding that there would not have been sufficient evidence to confirm the charges against Muthaura without Witness 4’s evidence.
