Aid workers kidnapped in Dadaab

Garissa - Capital News reports that two relief workers with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), were kidnapped by gunmen at the Dadaab refugee camp in Garissa on Thursday.
Erick Kiraithe, the Police spokesman said that the two Spaniards were abducted by militants believed to be Al Shabaab from Somalia while on duty at the Ifo camp.
Kiraithe also confirmed that the driver who was taking them around was thrown out of the vehicle after being shot and is in critical condition.
This recent kidnapping brings to four the number of women in the hands of Somalia militants after a Briton and a French woman were taken away from Lamu last month.
