AG: Uhuru, Muthaura to stay in office

Nairobi - Capital News reports that the government on Tuesday said Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura will not be asked to resign after their indictment at the International Criminal Court.
Attorney General Githu Muigai said the cases against the two government officials had just been confirmed but that they had not been found guilty of any offence.
Muigai added that the eminent team set up by the government will advice the government accordingly, on the cases against the four as at this stage they can not take any action until their appeals are exhausted.
