Nakuru - It has been discovered that names of seven police officers in Njoro were fraudulently included the IDP payout plan that was launched by DP William Ruto recently.
A total of 1 050 names have already been forwarded to the ministry of Devolution for payment.
It is not clear whether the police officers were among the people who were evicted from Mau Forest three years ago, but police said they are investigating the matter.

Names of some victims were however not included in the current compensation scheme because of typing errors, The Standard reports.
