Good news for Kenyans as fuel pump prices set to drop
14 November 2013, 17:57
Nairobi - Fuel pump prices will drop by as much as three shillings from Friday, Capital news reports.
In the latest review by the Energy Regulatory Commision (ERC), super petrol will drop by KES 3.40, diesel by KES 1.22 and kerosene by KES 2.22 in Nairobi.
The report on Capital news states that the reason for the drop in prices has been attributed to lower cost of imported fuel and a favourable exchange rate in the month of October.
The changes will take effect from Friday November 15 2013.
