Why Kenyans want Raila to retire

Nairobi - Kenyans want CORD leader Raila Odinga to retire from active politics. Why though?
A poll by renowned research firm Ipsos Synovate showed Wednesday that majority of Kenyans feel the CORD leader is best served retiring from office.
Other also feel that he is better off in the opposition than as President. But why?
1. Too old. Majority polled feel that his age is not good for the Presidency especially considering that the older band of politicians are no longer in office. The CORD leader will be 72 by the time the next General Elections comes. Too old?
2. Too forceful. Many polled feel that the CORD leader is too forceful to be President. He carries a fair amount of clout but at the same time has been linked to too many violent and threatening groups and acts in his time.
3. Too divisive. Many feel that Raila is just too divisive to be President. He is not liked by a huge block that would represent the opposition if he is President and it would stall the country development wise.
4. 1982 coup. Raila's role in the coup is yet to be written in stone but the simple fact is that he was involved according to history. Will it come back to bite him?
