18 July 2016, 08:07
Vihiga - CORD leader Raila Odinga will be in Western region this week to stem the growing disquiet within his ODM party.
Raila is expected to hold a delegates meeting at Sosa hotel on Monday starting 10am.
He is also expected to have roadside meetings in Majengo, Mbale, Mudete, and Hamisi towns, and then address public rallies at Chavakali junction and Shamakhokho town hall.
During this busy Monday schedule, the former premier is expected to open an ODM office in Sabatia.
The office in Sabatia sub county, Mudavadi’s home turf, was defaced a fortnight ago in what was seen as a growing revolt by residents against the party.
