Wetang'ula to stand alone in 2017?

Nairobi - Will Moses Wetang'ula go it alone in 2017? There are indications he could.
The FORD Kenya leader is said to have been very disappointed with the move by CORD leader Raila Odinga to miss his Presidential launch over the weekend in Kakamega.
The fact that he actually did so after speaking to Wetang'ula a few hours earlier has made it even more of a problem for the Bungoma Senator.
" The party leader is very disappointed about what happened over the weekend," a source close to the FORD Kenya chief told News24.
" Raila could have cancelled at the last minute but did not. He had the opportunity to say he would not come but he did not," the source added.
" There is a feeling that he has been cheated. He is not happy at all," the source completed.
It has since been revealed that intelligence reports led to the CORD leader missing the event due to what was said to be high tension in Kakamega.
Whether Wetang'ula will go it alone in 2017 thanks to the disappointment is a different matter altogether and whether it will happen remains to be seen.
