Wetangula in dreamland, ODM MP says

Nairobi - Moses Wetang'ula is irrelevant in western Kenya politics, an ODM MP has said
Jakoyo Midiwo, the MP for Gem says that the utterances of the FORD Kenya leader in regards to the 2017 Presidential race and the CORD flag bearer hold no water as Raila is by far the most popular leader in the western Kenya circuit.
He stated that Wetang'ula had yet to prove what he can bring on board to the Coalition and until he does so, he does not expect to get the support of others.
" Let us be honest, the most popular leader in western Kenya is Raila Odinga," he told News24.
He accused Wetang'ula of trying to cause disharmony early in the mission of getting support from other leaders via the back door, saying that he is not even sure of getting votes in his own home.
" Wetang'ula knows that he is a fading force. If indeed he wants to be supported by Raila, he knows that he is the most popular then," he added.
" For some, they are not sure if their own wives would vote for them," he barbed.
The FORD Kenya leader had accused Raila of trying too hard to be President and having failed in the past should let others have a go.
