Water CS Eugene Wamalwa to resign February

Nairobi - Water CS Eugene Wamalwa has confirmed he will resign from office to continue with his political ambitions.
Wamalwa says he will resign by February next year to aid him move on to his plot which is to vie for Trans Nzoia Governor come the 2017 elections.
He says that he will seek a Jubilee Party ticket for his campaigns.
" I will resign to concentrate on politics ahead of 2017 where I am seeking to be the next Trans Nzoia Governor," he told News24.
He confirmed that the Jubilee Party will be his choice.
" Where President Kenyatta and DP Ruto go I will go with them," he added.
The Water CS says that the Jubilee Coalition is the way to go and that he will deliver for the people of the region once elected.
He will face off with incumbent Patrick Khaemba for the seat.
