Watch out for terrorists, Police warn Kenyans in the wake of Paris attack

Nairobi - Terrorists are on the loose so be on the lookout, Police have warned Kenyans in the wake of the terror attacks in Paris which saw close to 150 people killed and 200 injured.
Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinett said Saturday that the country is on very high alert and that Kenyans should be vigilant at these dangerous times.
" The country's security agencies have heightened the levels of surveillance and we are asking Kenyans to be extra vigilant," he said.
Boinett also offered the French people his deepest sympathy over the attacks which have caused international outrage.
" Our deepest commiserations with the French people and we are with them at this difficult time," he said.
Kenya has been battling terrorist threats in the last three years with the emergence of the Al Shabaab terror group which was to blame for the killing of 148 people at the Garissa University College in April.
