Wamalwa urges Kalenjins to back Wetangula's Presidential bid

Bungoma - Kiminini MP, Chris Wamalwa has asked the Kalenjin community to support Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula’s presidential bid.
Speaking in Kapseret, Uasin Gishu County during the burial of former Athletics Kenya (AK) boss Isaiah Kiplagat, Wamalwa said Wetangula has what it takes to be the next President.
“My brother Weta wants to be the President and I want to urge you the Kalenjin nation to support him because he is the only trustworthy presidential contender,” said Walamwa.

On his part, Wetangula said the Kalenjins and Luhya need to work together.
“Kalenjins and Luhyas have been one thing for a long time and we need to continue working together as brothers,” Wetangula pointed out.
