Waiguru quits Nairobi Governor's race?

Nairobi - Former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru is out of the Nairobi Governor's race? It is believed.
Since declaring her interest in the seat earlier this year, the former CS has gone very quiet amidst battles to clear her name from previous scandals.
It is now understood that she has scaled down her efforts, though to what level is not yet known.
" The former CS has taken a break now to re-evaluate and plan afresh," a source close to Waiguru told News24.
What that means remains to be seen.
Using the Jubilee Coalition, which she has said she is a part of, Waiguru will face serious competition if indeed she is still in the race.
The quest for the Jubilee ticket for the seat has attracted six people so far.
Former Starehe MP Margaret Wanjiru's team has been setting up campaign structures. Dagoretti South MP Dennis Waweru and nominated MP Johnson Sakaja have also declared interest while Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko will also be vying for the position.
Nairobi Women's representative Rachel Shebesh is said to also be in the picture.
