Nairobi - A man in Munyu village, Kieni, Nyeri County has had his private parts severed by members of the public after he allegedly raped a form two girl student.

The suspect who had the worst done on his genitals by angry residents who were acting on a revenge mission was rescued from the jaws of public wrath by police officers.

He also had serious bruises all over his face and could hardly walk due to the extent of injuries on his private parts.

It is said that the suspect worked as a farmhand in the homestead in which the girl used to pass through while heading to school every day.
