Nairobi - President Uhuru Kenyatta's Chief of Staff Joseph Kinyua has promised to sue CORD leader Raila Odinga for naming him in the Eurobond list.
Kinyua was among 8 persons named by the CORD leader Tuesday as being a part of the Eurobond mess and he did not take much time to respond to the allegations.
" This is totally scandalous and as long as the honourable Prime Minister does not apologize soon, I will be forced to take legal action against him," he told News24 on phone.
" The accusations are baseless and unless there is a quick retraction then we will meet in court," he added.
He said that he had already instructed his lawyers Ogachi and Ogeto advocates to take action.
