Uhuru will be a one-term President, says MP

Nakuru - Kuresoi south MP, Zakayo Cheruiyot has said that President Uhuru Kenyatta will serve only one term.
Cheruiyot said that Uhuru will go down the Kenyan history books as the first President to serve for a single term.
He lamented that the President has been corrupted by power and forgotten to deliver on the promises he made Kenyans in 2013.
Speaking Monday in Kuresoi town, Cheruiyot said that Uhuru has legalized corruption in his administration, something he said will bring him down.
“By end of August 2017, Kenya will have a new President who will not be Uhuru. Uhuru will be the first Kenyan President to serve for a single term because he deserves it and wants it,” said Cheruiyot.

He added: “He ... is trying to kill multi- partysim and that will terribly work against him and send him out of State House.”
The vocal legislator added that Uhuru has made several political mistakes that will cost him in the 2017 general election.
“The President has made the government a two-tribe government and that has angered other tribes who are ready to punish him at the ballot in 2017,” he said.
He called on the Kalenjin community to prepare to be in the opposition come 2017 if they vote for the wrong person.
